Err...Does this make any sense? Personally, I think you've just put together a few buzz words in order to try and sound intelligent.

Inertia is the resistance of mass to force. Since free will has no mass and is not acted upon by a force, I'm going to say no, it is not.

Humans have mass and we are affected by external forces.

Are human actions the result of inertia or if not how does inertia affect free will?

I just think it's an interesting topic....

I don't think inertia and free will have anything in common, really.

    You should watch this:

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0057058/

It has been referred to as "a penetrating study of individual and social inertia"

Inertia must be acknowledged as a law of physics - could Newton's law be applied to human actions?

Okay fair enough, it's a debatable topic. I just don't think that a law of Physics such as inertia can really affect a person's thoughts... But I haven't really thought about it.
