I'm definitely feeling a little ambivalent about Christmas this year. I can't really be arsed with all the boring-ness that comes with it.

Since I was about 13/14, I haven't been excited for Christmas. Sad times.

Not feeling it either. Maybe it's because I've got to to all the way to Burnley (1 hour drive) twice to pick up/drop off my grandad, so that means no drinking.

Might just be because I've got no real interest in what's happening.

aye exactly, I have been for the last 2-3 years. Grown out of Christmas...the horror!

I'm especially meh this year...if anything it's just depressing as a member of the family has just died so everyone is focused on that and disorganised.

    i'm very positive about tomorrow....

i'm going to spend the day drinking, in hope that it will drown out the lousiness of it all AND in hope that it will knock me out by 10pm and sort out my sleeping habit

i'm very confident i will achieve these goals.

yeah I feel kind of like I've grown out of christmas. Nowadays with just the three of us it's not got the same pizaz. I enjoy it, kinda, I like going to visit relatives. But xmas day itself is overhyped, it's just a regular day with good food and doctor who. I don't feel the need to get up early, I'll just be wandering around with nowt to do. People find it difficult to understand my attitude, but they are in a different kind of situation to mine. I'm not a scrooge by any means I'm just indifferent.

Anyway, if I end up in Canada for my year abroad, I might not even get home for Christmas 2011 so that'll be even weirder.

It sucks even more when you're ill at Christmas.. I went out for a meal earlier and couldn't appreciate the food because I felt sick just looking at it
