    hi,

i had uggs bought for me as a gift online (from the ugg website)..... they arrived and unfortunately i think they're too big... anyone have any idea if its possible for me to exchange them in an ugg shop?

i figure as they were bought from ugg direct then i should be able to exchange or return in an ugg shop... but im not sure if they're more strict than that....

if anyone knows and could let me know (pre boxing day would be AMAZING!) that'd be wonderful so i know if i have to sort out a postal return or if i can just go into the shop in london

    thanks!

See where they've come from as if it's a suppliers website, you'll have to exchange them through that website, but if its the actual UGG website, then you should be able to take them in store! I would suggest that you check which site they're from and then check the return policy

Depends on the individual policy of the retailer. It should say on their website.

Now, Topshop for example take returns in store for online orders. Whilst some stores do not.

You brought them direct from Ugg, so yes, if the company allows direct in store returns, you can return them into an Ugg shop.
It depends what policy they operate,- which will be on their website.
