    I guess it wouldn't hurt to be a bit careful, but for the most part just go in head first and worry about the damage later I say

    Unless I was absolutely sure that I was in safe hands (and had very good reason to think so), I'd always be a bit cautious. That's just me though

    No not careful. If you don't go for it you're holding back and that to me isn't good in the relationship. I'm not saying you have to be wide open to get hurt but that's just a case of taking things slowly more than holding back imo

    if he does manage to catch them, he immediately loses interest
    if he doesn't, he gets sad, has a drink, then gets happy
