I just got a new HP laptop with a built in webcam that uses CyberLink YouCam. Everything seems to be working fine, but when I use the webcam on skype or just view the webcam myself there is a delay when i move/talk to when it shows up on screen. Its not a massive delay, but its gets annoying afyer a while. Is there any way I can fix this? Or at least make it a bit better?

    Please help

There may be a driver you can download, but it may be that's how the specs of the webcam pan out. I have an HP Mini 311, and the webcam on it is *******s.
