I've been trying to get a hard copy, but looking on Amazon they are well over £50 for some reason!

Has anyone got a copy of the Ebook or knows where i can get one?

Thanks !

I started in November but injured myself (unrelated incident) and had to stop (I'm still a complete lifting newb). There are plenty on here who do do it though. I'll get back to it in the new year once I'm back at uni.

It's relatively easy to find copies to steal, but you should really buy it. You can get it for significantly less than £50 here:

Just as a warning so that nobody makes that mistake, linking to copyrighted material or encouraging illegal downloading is against the site rules.

The legal avenues have already been discussed so I will close the thread to prevent any problems arising.
