Every year it's turkey, gammon, mash potato and salad for dinner every day until New Year's. And turkey sandwiches for lunch. There's a reason why I only eat it once a year.

Fry tiny strips of it, turns into incredible bits of crunchy turkey.

We usually give it to the dog or the cats. There's never much leftover anyway so whatever else the animals get is a treat

Part goes towards sandwiches, the bits that aren't as good go to the cat.

Anyone see peep show tonight? Well, the one time I made a christmas dinner, my turkey was predominantly raw like theirs so once I carved the cooked bits off - the rest went under the grill and tasted rank so was filed under 'rubbish'.
