My brother eats and leaves the plates there.... I have to pick them up.
My brother makes a mess on the floor..... I have to clean it up.

I have to wash the dishes.
I have to clean all the rooms.

My mum always says '' He is smaller than you''

When I ask my mum can I go outside '' She says Ill hit you if you say that again''
My brother asks he wants to go to a paid club that costs £1.00 everyday she says yes you can.

I have to sit down all day just on my laptop or doing something helpful.
I have never been to the cinema with my sister.

    Is this fair?

Same here! Except i have one older and one younger brother. It's a cultural thing for me, something that's supposedly meant to prepare you for future life looking after your husband...

How old are you, your brother and your sister? Does your sister have to do the same stuff as you?

I also have a feeling that you're being highly selective in what you're saying to try and make us feel sorry for you.

I thought this thread was going to be about you confiding in your mother about your sex life, and how your boyfriend doesnt make an effort to pleasure you, and your mom would be all like "you should be grateful darling, with your looks you're lucky to have a man even look at you".

I don't think it's a stupid question considering she's the one who practices 10th century values in a 21st century country.

10th century values or not. I'm sure she's not doing anything to harm anyone, so what's your problem? She's free to live where ever she wishes.

Double whammy with me being the oldest daughter.

My brother of 15 years has never made a dinner in his life. Warmed up pizza yes, but never actually cooked anything.

You learn to live with it after a while.

I was so lazy that my mother gave up on these thoughts from an early age.
