All I want to do is put on a couple of stone, problem is, I'm not a big eater. Although I'll obviously alter my diet in order to gain the weight and just general mass (not necessarily muscle), I'll have trouble when/if I ever achieve this. This is what's always put me off actually joining a gym and lifting weights - I just can't be doing with worrying about losing it all again. All I have to do is stand up and I lose a couple of lbs.

Is there any other way to maintain weight/size?

But if your not a big eater, try GOMAD. Gallon of milk a day, of whole milk.

Thats a lot of calories for you, will defo help you gain weight.

You have to maintain the calorie level and lift the same amount you do now to maintain your body. If you stop training, your body has no use for the muscle and so will dump it.
