I know this has been answered many a time, but i'm still having some trouble understanding the following;

1. "Advanced Higher English" - since this is a course, it should all be in capitals? right?

2. "Advanced Higher Geography"- ditto as above?

3. "Continuing History to Advanced Level" - since i'm still refering to the specific history course, would it still be in capitals?

'English' would be in capitals anyway.

No, it's in lower case in that context.
