should overriding interests be retained in land law Watch

    i need help on my land law assignment and need to disscuss whether overriding interests should be retaied or not and need to illustrate it with cases???:confused:

    Well, think about the purpose of the LRA 2002 - especially the mirror principle. Think about why we have overriding interests. Are the two compatible? If not, is it right that we have some interests which aren't reflected back? Which interests tend to be overriding - why do we have those ones specifically?
    It may be an idea to consider the outcomes of Williams & Glyn's Bank v Boland and London BS v Flegg as well
