strange internet problem/cant connect Watch

    on so i went round my dads for christmas same router same setting etc on his router and ive alredy got his setting saved but i couldent connnect delited the router settings on my laptop disabled my firewall reset the router to defult reinstalled my enternal cards driver reset the card restarted the laptop after each change i made done a system recall thing (mind block cant think of name) disabled my firewall on the router

    i can connect and get the router setting through wireless but the router doesent let me to the internet this is also what the network centre says im out of ideas and stuck so what can i also do

    the router is one of those white netgear ones everyones seen if you need the model number tell me its in the loft so a bugger to get to

    all outher wireless devices can connect to the router and internet

    Go into Network Connections, find your network card and load the TCP/IP settings are set to acquire automatically.

    Wireless Network Connection Properties
    Select Internet Protocol version 4 and click Properties
    Click the Use the following DNS server addresses radio button and put the following numbers in the boxes beneath it:

    208.67.222.222
    208.67.220.220

    Click OK.

    Can you access the internet now?

    went round my dads and completely forgot about this until i tried to set my laptop up well dint work observantly

    is this thing you talk about in the router or my laptop as cant renember
