    yes they can, but only to a degree, Wii and connect are cardio workouts so they will help lose wieght/tone up but wont give you any bulk

      wii fit is a load of *******s, I messed around with our one at home a few days ago, looking at its leg toning exercises lol, its such nonsense there's far better uses of ones time

      Its better than nothing but not much better

      Yes, but not as much as more traditional exercise methods. They work well for some people on the basis that any exercise is better than no exercise.

      They're not very effective. They're more for parties imo.
      There was some guy that lost several stone, allegedly, on Wii Sports but he's the only one I've heard of.
      I'd seriously recommend buying a gym membership, or even just going running in the mornings.

      'help'... the wii fit will not do enough to change ur body whatsoever. it will probably do good for some1 who never moves however, but overall its useless.
