You know what annoys me though? Me and my sister are different sizes, so unlike clothes where we manage most of the time, we can't share shoes. :mad:

You can get bespoke shoes. Chruch's are probably the best in the world...if a little expensive. There are other companies that do bespoke though.

Bespoke? Chruch's? I haven't heard of them. There is a specialist shoe place nearish to us that does '9 to 11' but unfortunatly none of them are wide enough.

I'm not that bothered really, certainly not when the alternative is expensive; I'm pretty frugal when it comes to clothes.

Lol thanks! I never realised I had so many pairs, its rather worrying. As I was typing the list of my shoes I kept thinking of more pairs that I had! Oh dear! Even worse though is bags - I'be bought 3 new bags already this year :frown:

*Note to self* - I'm a student, I'm poor and I can't afford bags or shoes!

I've got too many shoes...problem is unless they're completely fallen apart I refuse to throw them away...but I do stop wearing them regularly.

2 pairs of slightly heely black ankle boots (for work - the old pair doesn't get worn anymore)
2 pairs flat loafers (hate these things, the onlder pair I got resoled and the cobbler put soles with a little picture of a cobbler on them that makes me feel like I'm 4 again with my special "key" school shoes)
1 pair of rediculously high loafers (for interviews and when I feel the need to push my height over 6 foot)
1 pair of nice high heeled court type shoes (worn for graduation, interviews and a recent wedding - look great with trouser suits)
1 pair of sandals with a wobbly moulded heel than I just adore even though they're looking a bit rough now.
1 pair of sandals which cost £3 and are plasticy with lycra straps that are handy for keeping in the car and for beach/swimming pool etc.
2 pairs of tennis shoe style trainers, one blue with tear one black with paint stains.
5 pairs of slippers :eek:

(one old lady style, one stolen from a hotel, one pink and sparkly, one pink and squidgy and one winnie the pooh - people buy me slippers for christmas every yr even though I don't wear them)

right thats the 15 every day shoes now the special ones (and the ones that I just don't wear)...
1 black knee high stillettos
1 black strappy sandals with silly height heel
1 silver sandal type thingummy
2 pairs of black court shoes which I've worn once and never touched again - usually at family do's where I've forgotten shoes and had to borrow my mums :frown:

1 pair canvas high heeled things (from 1995 :eek:

) still got beer stains from the REM concert I went to that year.
1 pair steel toe capped boots - for field trips/glastonbury
2 pairs of old kangol boot inherited from hubby for field trips/glasto (slightly lighter than the steelies)
1 pair of blue and white checked school type shoes (with a buckle) I used to wear these with pulled up socks to embarrass my friends :wink:

3 other pairs of "going out" shoes that only really go with one outfit and so haven't been worn in months/yrs.

So...28 in all...and my boots need replacing...

I've been sitting here trying to count how many shoes I have, and lost count somewhere in the late twenties... too lazy to go up to my room and check. I have a friend who must have about 100 pairs of shoes...

I have soooo many bags too.... mmm i must buy a new one soon!
