I want to get into Publishing (books), but the internet is becoming a very big things with roles like Online Marketing Manager. What web design software or code would be best to learn for this sort of role (obviously starting off in lower roles)? I know basic html and css already as I edit my own blogger templates.

I'm not sure I see the link between web design and publishing books...

Haha. Well most publishers now have a team to design their own website, especially with ebooks now in the market. Social media, websites and smartphones are now a very big way of publicising and marketing books. Also, publishers now create websites for authors too. The internet is taking over publishing :p:
