# Difficult intergration....very Watch

1. It may be me being thick, however , I am completely stuck with this intergral.

?_0^??(x.sin?(x))?^2 dx
2. Hint: What's

3. Then integrate by parts a couple of times.
4. the intergral of (x*sinx)^2 between 0 and pi . As a side note how do you write this mathematically in a forum ?

We use latex. Put it in tags: [ latex ]

See my hint above.

6. I am not completely sure with interfgration by parts but... if I make

so

is this right so far?
7. Firstly, I would divide the integral into

1/2 x^2 and -1/2 x^2 cos 2x

As for integration by parts, you have u = x^2, but dv/dx = -1/2 cos 2x
