    Hi

    Just wondering who the biggest/best recruitment agencues are for banking jobs for a grad with 2/3 yrs experience?

    Hays City are considered the industry leader volume-wise. They get a lot of "we need x number of data entry clerks in settlements. Find them" mandates. Joslin Rower and Michael Page are also good, but they have less volume and are more suited for tailored recruiting. It depends on what skills you have, but most likely you will be one of "x" recruited by Hays.

    thanks for the suggestions, iv just had a look at hays and have been applying on michael page and robert walters but no success and neither have had any vacancies requiring only a few years experience which i have.

    Wll have a look at joslin rowe. And im more than happy being one of the x recruited!!
