Recently the analogue television signal in my area has been switched off, and so as someone who did not previously have Sky or another digital tv service, I now receive free digital channels through my television's inbuilt digital tuner.

However, I cannot get my DVD Recorder to record from the digital television onto disc - it just comes up with static/black screen when I try to play back what I have recorded. It worked perfectly with the analogue signal. I haven't changed any of the cables since we got digital tv, and I think this might be the problem, although I'm not sure how to fix it!

    Thank you
