Would appreciate your advice:
I used to do a lot of fencing, so my body is quite asymmetric: my right side is quite noticeably stronger and more flexible than my left.
I don't fence any more, so what's the best way to even it out? Eg. am I better off doing dumbbells of different weights for each side or will that just exacerbate it? And will barbell on the whole be better than dumbbells, as it might help to even things out?
