Missing bod card

Oh hell... what do I do?!?! It's DEFINITELY somewhere in college as i lost it in between lunch time and now... i.e. either I left it in hall (not there now and I've asked in the lodge) or it's somewhere in here just missing... I've turned my room upside down to no avail. Tonight it's no huge deal, cos I don't need to eat in hall - and I've got bread so i'm ok for breakfast tomorrow: but i can't get into the Zoo dpt without my card... and eventually I am gonna need to eat... sugar!!!!! What do i do??

get a new one?

you probably left it in hall- go and ask the dinner staff if they found it- they usually keep them. if you still cant find it retrace your steps today and look in all the random places in your room (i once lost my key card down the back of the bed)
if you really can't find it, go to your college office and get a new one. it will take a couple of days to produce i think.
in the mean time, scrounge food off your friends and pay them back in cash (or dinners when you get your bod card back).
As far as getting into departments goes, you should be able to get in if you give them your name, your college and possibly the name of your tutor (you certainly can get into the law bod anyway)

Check your pidge... a couple of people here have lost theirs around college and found that some kind person left it in their pidge for them

how often does the cashier actually look at the card and then look up at you? especially if you hand the card to them in the way that will make it easiest for them to just swipe and hand it back.

We swipe our ourselves, so it would be really easy...
You probably left it in hall. I've nearly left mine on my tray a few times.
Once I found my door key down the side of a sofa in the JCR...

There's a pot full of lost Bod cards in my college dining hall. People leave them on their trays when they busa them back. Sure you didn't do something like that?

It's a possibility - but I already asked in the lodge and checked the hall - so i may go down this morning after they stop serving and ask

But my problems have just got worse... If I don't find it by tomorrow then i can't renew my library books = HUGE finage :frown:
