Whats a good Premier account to have where you dont need a minimum income? Barclays have an account called Premier Life Account (http://www.barclays.co.uk/PremierBan...P1242558033380) which looks good and Coutts do one but I'm not sure how much i would need to put in.

What exactly do you want a 'premier' account for, that a normal current account wouldn't offer?

Barclays Premier comes with mobile phone and gadget insurance, RAC cover and home insurance which I would use, also Ten UK's lifestyle management service and a rewards programme. Also they have a special section in most branches for Premier customers which will save me from having to queue.
