TSR's Get Fit for Summer 2011! Watch

    Over the next 6 months I'm on a mission and I want to take any willing volunteers with me. The aim is this:

    Get Fit for Summer2011!


    Whether it is bulking up and then cutting for the beach, losing that last stone, or trying to set a new 5km time, I want you in here. This is for all you guys/gals that lurk around here reading, maybe intimidated by the regulars or just want that extra motivation. At the end we could even have a top transformation competition over these 6 months as a little incentive (who doesn't want some extra gems?)

    So come on then, put down those left over mince pies, don't think "I'll leave it to January 1st" and sign up today!

    Aim: Lose 7kg in bodyfat and improve my squat lifts.

    Aim: Begin running-complete a half-marathon next year, take up weights for the first time.

    Aims: Reduce bodyfat % significantly, take up weights, get waist down to 24" and get a better bum ;]

    Aims: To tone up arms, stomach, pretty much everywhere and to have a decent exercise regime.

      Aim: To be fairly confident swimming (topless) by early July, for a months tour of Israel with my peers.
