    Hey TSRians,

I know this may sound weird but I do have way too much energy and I don't know how to get rid of it! It started about half a year ago and I always feel so full of energy. It's like I have to move continuously. I'm going to the gym everyday and do a lot of running but about 2 hours after leaving im full of energy again. Also Im totally motivated for my studies, I have the feeling to prove myself and show everyone what I can achieve. Im really confused, where does all this energy come from? Im not an especially happy, but rather embittered person.

    Does anyone else feel similar?

I'm not trying to scaremonger, but try seeing your GP; It's good to have lots of energy, but not if it's the result of a thyroid problem, for example.
