Keyboard not working (HELP!) (using onscreen board) Watch

    our keyboard has stopped working and the only keys that work are "b" and "n" but when you press them they don't stop and go on forever.
    the keyboard came as a package with an advent pc. our operating system is vista if that is of any benefit. (desktop)
    its a usb keyboard
    please provide any info possible to solve this situation as i have a level exams in a week and need to access the pc

    How long have you have the keyboard for, and has anything untoward happened to it (a spillage, maybe)? Possibly it's just failed... so you have any other keyboards that you could try, to check whether the issue is isolated to the one keyboard?

    This is all assuming that unplugging it and plugging back in doesn't work, of course! :p:

    Keyboards are pretty cheap and aren't indestructable. I think you should just get a new one. That is, of course, if unplugging / replugging into a different USB port and restarting your computer doesn't fix it.

    Oh and test the keyboard on another computer, even a laptop, to see if it is the keyboard which is not working or your computer.
