Recently I've been breaking wind. A LOT.
At first it was kind of amusing, now it's just starting to scare me.
I'd say I do so about 3/4 times every (waking) hour (on a good day).
I've heard stress may have something to do with it, and I do have exams coming up in two weeks, and I am panicking a bit.
But I just wanted to know if anyone else gets this
it's quite embarrassing and I'd like to know what kind of foods to avoid.
