A rather embarrassing problem... Watch

    Hey TSR.
    Recently I've been breaking wind. A LOT.
    At first it was kind of amusing, now it's just starting to scare me.
    I'd say I do so about 3/4 times every (waking) hour (on a good day).
    I've heard stress may have something to do with it, and I do have exams coming up in two weeks, and I am panicking a bit.

    But I just wanted to know if anyone else gets this
    it's quite embarrassing and I'd like to know what kind of foods to avoid.

    um.... im not sure which foods to avoid apart from the myth beans but surely u can resist the urge to break wind, especially in the exam hall. i mean if i was sitting an exam and someone broke wind, then i wud definetely have a giggle
