    ... the problem is, I'm a guy.
I'm not fat or anything, which makes my arse stand out even more.
It has gotten to the point where I can't even wear trousers without some sort of long jacket/bag to cover it up, it is massive, and it's all fat.

I was wondering if there was any exercises or any way I could shift the fat from my behind, to make it smaller?

    Thanks.

I have the same problem, I'm actually quite slim its just my bum tends to stick out a fair bit. My sister thinks if I was a girl I'd love my bum :l

    are you pregnant?

seriously though, i think exercise will help (general cardio) and reducing your food intake if it's a bit high

So what, I have a bubble butt as well and I think its good, flatty batty's are not sexy, I would much rather have an ass, a lot of girls think men with proper firm, toned bums are nice I have heard. Im not homo but I think girls with plump, curvy booties are sexy as hell.
