Getting up at 5.30am to do cardio, then doing weights on the same day is a bad idea. You will become very fatigued and both your cardio and weights will suffer. Especially if all you're eating for breakfast is cereal and bread.

      Troll.
I expected you to say I could have done better but seems like you're jealous. How am I a troll? Because I'm fitter than you?

This won't last mate, trust me. As the poster before me said, you're going to become very fatigued, very quickly. Try cardio one day, weights the other.

The point at which it became obvious that OP is trolling...

You people are just jealous I can do 300 pushups. I never said I did 300 in a row non-stop. I started doing 80 in a row and then reps of 20 to 40 until I reached 300. I'm not trolling at all.

What on earth would you be trying to achieve by doing 300 pressups anyway?
