Today's workout Watch
Stretching. Tried to do the splits lol.
Jogging outside. 5 minutes jog before switching to 25 minutes run.
Elliptical Trainer on medium intensity.
Protein shake, shower etc.
Breakfast. Crunchy Nut cereal with semi-skimmed milk plus some bread.
That's for the cardio this morning. Weights tonight.
Weights training using two 20KG weights then moving onto 60KG.
Swimming non-stop for an hour. Starting with forward stroke and later swimming on back.
300 push-ups and 100 sit-ups, and then chomp time.
Protein shake, lots of chicken, huge bowl of rice, veg, ice-cream, biscuits.
Whatever gives you megaLOLZ I suppose...
