I don't know how it happened, or what's wrong with it, but my left knee has a shocking pain in it whenever I bend it.. It's okay when I walk, but if I'm going upstairs/up a hill/downstairs/down a hill it kills like anything!!
It feels like it's locked itself, like it needs to click but hasnt.

Has anyone else had this pain?? Or know what to do to help?? Its not swollen at the moment, it feels like it would if it gets worse.

You have probably just twisted it some how, however if it carries on in the next couple of days go to your doctor. I have trouble with my joints in the cold, so if the cold makes it worse it really is worth a trip to your gp.
