It will be on your Welcome letter. If you haven't got that, then it should appear on Apply when Track is up.

It will start 06 if you're applying for 06 entry.

If you have/get you're welcome letter, it's not actually written as the UCAS number or the ID, it's probably on as the "Application Number" (should be nine digits)
...at least mine is anyways.....!

^ your number is the one that appears when you log into apply isn't it? The number that says 'your personal identification number is...' (or whatever they say) I could be wrong though as I can't face going to UCAS to check it against my letter and seeing that stupid message again!

That is the personal ID - I am pretty sure that no-one is supposed to know that other than yourself. The UCAS number is the application number which is on the UCAS welcome letter

What does the personal ID actually do? I keep looking at it when I log onto Apply and wondering what it's for. Or is it just there for the entertainment value?
