abit worried

ok , I didn't go to the gym alot this week I usually go 5 times a week but due to some circumstances I only went yesterday since friday I can't go today, and hopefully might go tomorrow then my gym is going to close for holiday , till next sunday where I might go again, thus makes a total of 2 days instead of 5, I'm worried that i'm gonna lose muscles that I've been building i can do my weight exercises partially at home on wednesday, I'm worried I'm gonna gain weight, I can't do any cardio or exercising on thursday till saterday due to being away, so what shall i do, and all of the food and stuff ??:frown:

You're a girl, you don't need muscle.
I used to go to a dry ski slope twice a week, as you may or may not know skiing builds leg muscles. I stopped going about a year ago for various reasons. In that time I've been about 10 times, and done little other excersise that would build my leg muscles. My muscles are nearly just as big as they were then. So I doubt that missing a week at the gym will make a difference.

Any strength you loose from having a week off will be regained the next week you resume your training. Having a week off might even do you good as it gives your musles a chance to recover from all the training you did previously- you may find that you come back stronger. Just eat quite a bit of protein and you'll be fine.

Oh yeah, and by the way- you'll have a hard time gaining muscle and not weight at the same time! If your putting on muscle then you will be gaining weight.

Your routine at your level is NOT going to be thrown hugely because of one week's disruption. Go running or swimming if you really want to do some exercise, but don't stress so much about little things like this.
you talk as if the only way to get exercise is in the gym. While its true that obviously this is a good way of getting specific exercise, there are countless ways of getting cardio and not so muscle specific exercise, go swimming or for a run, you wont lose everything in a week
Chill out.

Is what I was basically saying was living like a slob for a week isn't likely to have much effect. You might put on a bit of weight however as has been said muscle weighs more than fat so you will be doing that anyway.
