Same position actually! Went to bed at 10:30, woke at 12, then again at 2:30... Tried to get to sleep for about 2 hours but failed, went downstairs and made food. It's now 8:06 and I'm really tired :frown:
Same here. What sucks more is im working later (5:30am) Right now its like 12:12am and i can't sleep at all. Everytime i close my eyes, my mind just can't stop thinking about anything.

I was beginning to think it's me, turning looney but it's not just me then. I'm on the verge of getting my breakfast tbh :-/, and seeing what that does (prob. make me more awake). I'm now watching crappy Daybreak in the hope that actually might help me fall asleep :-/.
Same situation.
I had a very, very restless "sleep"- similar to a feverish dream, but fortunately less exhausting.
Note to self: don't drink half a litre of coffee before sleep when you abstained from it for two weeks.

Now I feel like vomiting. Great 1st day at uni.

And now the house phone has just rung  - bloomin telesales people.

Friends of mine use to use those at uni and they had good effects from it. But personally I'd rather go natural and drink herbal teas and use oils, ie lavender. I'm not too keen on taking tablets, only when I'm really poorly, in pain I start taking tablets.
*sniff* It makes me feel so good that I'm not alone. I went to bed at 9AM yesterday, woke at 1PM and have been awake since. It's not that I have insomnia either, since I can sleep for hours on end.. It's just that I have really horrid sleeping patterns and tend to be nocturnal.

Me neither. I just drank tea not long ago, its not working at all.
Sometimes even the sleeping pills don't even work for me.
I like to sleep, but when i have a day off, i still barely sleep even if im sleepy.
It's like if i sleep and woke up, i'd feel sad that i wasted my time sleeping.

Drink milk. It can help you sleep.

Ive been v unwell since October, and since then my sleep has been all over the place. I've had a lot of trouble with my chest, so it's incredibly difficult and painful for me to sleep or even get comfortable. Not only that ive been stressing and worrying about other things which I'm sure is contributing to me not sleeping well at all .

I've been going to bed this week @ 6am but u fall asleep quick, this morning - no chance :frown:.

Do you take anything to help you sleep or do you just ride it out???
