im not sure about your medication situ...but i wouldnt recommend it...try somE more natural ways to tackle it....see what i wrote in the above thread...theres also some other good advice there

id also suggest some positive visualisation...turn off the lights, calm your breathing...get into a state of deep relaxation .and visualise yourself in the exam room kicking ass (paper wise) see the whole thing as a video speeded up..like you writing, looking up now and then ect etc...then imagien it in reverse (as if its being rewound) do that a good few time....but make sure you have got your self in a relaxed state of mind before you do this...you want to create an association between the calm your feelign and the situation of the exam..thats what they asked me to do when i had hypnotherypy for my anxiety and it worked brilliantly

GOOD LUCK!!!!

Rescue Remedy if you have some around, is fantastic. Try deep controlled breathing, and have a very calm morning giving yourself plenty of time. Make sure you are totally familiar with what you are doing regarding the test so you don't get any suprises. Visualise yourself sitting the test, being calm, and performing well.
