Love handles are excellent!!!
You canhowever get the electrical toners form argos which really do work! Or you can go for the traditional strength abdominal exercises.

I prefer girls with a bit of something to 'em. Those stick insects on tv and in the papers look really unattractive to me. It always reminds me of those pictures you saw in history class of Nazi concentration camps. I dont get why that kind of image is wanted by so many girls (not saying youre one of them!)

You cant spot reduce fat...just lose weight generally if you want rid.

yeh you can't spot reduce fat- for example fat typists don't have skinny fingers!!
the ONLY way to lose your love handles is to lose weight overall- by eating less calories or getting some excersise. i dont even think there is a muscle there you can tone up.

yeh well obviously but what i meant is that i dont think that the muscle beneath your love handle lends itself to being toned up.

I dont see anything wrong with love handles ive kinda got some :p:

they're curvy = sexy

Despite being relatively skinny I do have love handles - all my fat seems to be stored in them. I kinda like it, it's comforting, but as other people have said if you want to reduce them you'll have to lose weight overall by exercising. I find men tend to like girls that aren't just skin and bone though, and it's healthier too!
