Lol? how would we know if the Soviet would defeat Germany if Germany took over Britain? Germany would gain if they defeat Britain so the balance of power between the Soviet and Germany would be different, most likely Germany would be stronger if they had taken over Britain.

Please just an ounce of evidence supporting your remarks.... otherwise it is just wild speculation about events that have not taken place being combined with events that have taken place to create this far fetched suggestion...

1. If Germany took over Britain, it's likely they would also have taken the rest of Europe.
2. If the Soviet Union did then defeat Germany, there would be no free Europe to speak of, meaning there would have been nothing to suggest democracy ruled. Therefore the population would simply have shrugged shoulders and got on as usual. (in reality, West Europe still had their broadcasts to suggest that the grass is greener on the other side of the fence.)
3. Therefore, the Soviet Union probably wouldn't collapse, unless there was a massive nuclear war or something.
4. Great Britain would be under Soviet leadership forever. Tensions between the USSR and the USA become tense, culminating in a global nuclear war.
5. The world powers reform to create Oceania, Eurasia and Eastasia.

We've always been at war with Eastasia.

Let alone the enormous economic displacement, state terror, and horrific bloodshed such an outcome would have brought about. Yeah, apart from you probably having never existed as your parents would have been killed in gulags, it would have been peachy.

Jeez...

If Germany had taken over Britain, Russia would've had the full might of the Wermacht Army against them. Not having to worry about the US's invasion anymore, (nor would Japan likely involve itself), both Germany and potentially reinforcements from Japan would attack Russia.
Japan has wiped the floor clean with Russia's Navy before (ergo 1904-5 Russo-Japanese War in which Port Arthur was decimated by Japanese ships without the Russians being able to do much damage at all), it can do it again.

Trust me, if America hadn't have joined, Russia would've gone and the Western World would probably be living under either Imperial or Dictatorial rule.

Right..........go use your internet to look at history rather then making stupid claims.

1. Germany takes over the UK
2. Russia fails taking over Germany as Russia won due to German forces being split up and having American supplies.
3.? Who knows what the Nazi Empire would have done with all of Europe....

America didn't join in until they were personally attacked at Pearl Harbour, so they can't claim that they "helped" in the last year of the war as well. Apparently, they didn't even need the atomic bomb as Japan was going to surrender any how. They took all the credit at the end, and the USD became the currency of choice. They say that they were "liberating" the Europeans. Why didn't they go in earlier to stop the war when it started?

Though it has been said that Germany would have probably teamed up with Japan, and they would strike against the USSR and the USA. Under German rule, there would be no more Jews left in Europe whatsoever, and I would not be allowed here at all. The UK workforce would be worked basically as slaves

Your suggesting that, had the Germans taken over the World, the media would dum down the fact the Germans had taken over the World?

That's if a Dictatorship even allowed a Media. Hitler only used his Political-Papers on his rise to power. After that, he abolished the printing-press. The News wouldn't have been invented, and TV likely wouldn't have been used to the same extent it is now.

We'd all be walking down the street, SS on our collar, 88 on our back with stiff goose-in-the-step signing, "Deutschland, Deutschland uber alles, uber alles in the Welcht".

Unfortunately, Japan would never have surrendered. Had the Americans not used it, the Japanese would have just never quit. There'd have been massive losses (outnumbering that of the combined D-Day Landings) during the invasion of Mainland-Japan. Would the Japanese have held off against the Americans? Probably not for long. The Americans would've just para-dropped in men and had them secure strategic areas. Whilst the landings would turn to beachheads, the Americans would just wither away Japanese defense and with the paratroopers running rampant across Japan further North, they'd have had their attention split.
The use of Nuclear Weaponry simply made them realize two things:
1) America has the power to do this. It could hit Tokyo, and every other major city in Japan and absolutely ruin them.
2) A continued war against them was just not possible. The Americans were already starting to scale down the Big-Boy's power so they could make anti-military-formation nukes. Hand the war over to attrition, and the Americans would just slowly grind away at the Japanese mainland.

They'd probably have the support of Russia, if they'd have given them a year to sort themselves out. The Russo-Japanese war ultimately lead to being one of the causes of the 1905 and the larger, far more impacting 1917 Revolutions due to the people's disgust at their own leaders being able to place them on par with the World's Military Powers. I'm sure they'd be itching to get back at them. Especially after the frankly humiliating defeat at Port-Arthur.

Either way you look at it, Japan was destined to lose. The Americans just overpowered the Islands. They could've have won early on. But it'd have been a long-shot with an opportunity window of days. They missed it. Thankfully. :p:

No way are you conflating tsarist Russia and the Soviet Union!? They were two completely different entities! One was semi-feudal, the other was the result of rapid economic and indistrustrial development induced by Stalins five year plan.

Soviet would have subjugated Japan with ease!
