The video just shows a worker screaming at a customer. And I lol'd a great deal, it was funny. He should not have behaved that way. And they should not have been recording.

Don't worry, halal stores are ONLY located in areas where Muslims are the majority. KFC is a profit-seeking organisation. Supply and demand, in those areas demand for pork isn't really high in the stores so sacrificing that niche market is more of a business decision.
