I think it's about time this thread died before it descends into more serious bitching. The question has been answered:
Yes, you can get pregnant even if the guy does not ejaculate, although it is much less likely.
If you use withdrawal as a method of contraception, expect to live with the consequences (including everyone on TSR calling you a fool); if a guy insists on it, don't sleep with him.
