Is this the kind of layout we could be expecting? I like the search function, and the positioning of the avatars..Have a quick browse of this site..I purposely chose a not-very-interesting one so we dont have members leaving like what happened when some1 discovered .com

that forum is the official vb3 one. this forum is running vb3 already but with out the style sets.

i like the styles, esp. the drop down search menu.

there will be many styles, probably of different shapes (you can change colour easily at the bottom of the page). What d chooses is up to him

Looks nice though the white lines between the different posts annoys me.

Also the smilies are a strange colour-ice blue...

It is certainly different. Though I think I prefer the one we have already. Can't stand in the way of progress though I guess.

It looks more modern than the dingy ethos that is emitted from the forum at the moment.
Bring on the new blue style!

I agree. I doubt that this new vb3 would do any more than provide superficial changes to colour. Call me old-fashioned, but I prefer grey.

But of course, there are exceptions allowed for such noble things like The Gentleman's League

Yep - such things are destined to stand out amongst the white and grey.

I was hoping each user would be able to choose their own style, kind of like Windows themes.

ah, so no actual choosing of layouts or pictures etc. because that would be quite interesting (although i admit a strain on the server)
