Family Driving Me Insane

my mums always in my business, never stop fighting with my 16 yr old sister who is always causing problems and tension in the house and i was gona take a gap yr but now i dont see how i can when i jus wana ESCAPE

Agh same here... My 15 year old sister is stir crazy. She's actually insane, she just bites your head off if you say anything against her and will often be found screaming and yelling banging her fists on the floorboards, slime and spit flying out from her face.

My 11 year old brother has no respect for anyone and is constantly bullying my 4 year old brother... As well as violently abusing my mum. We cant control him. My dad has a short temper like everyone else in the house. And my poor mum is going insane!

I'm on my gap year AND ITS HELL! If you take a gap year go far far far away... Mine was unplanned so I'm stuck. ¬_¬

I don't hate them.....a bit more personal space would be good though! Just say you need more privacy - remember, you're pretty much stuck with your family, so don't let things be screwed up between yourselves!

good 2 kno im not the only one
yeh im intending 2go 2 like australia
its like i get in from 6th form which is a trek away from me
then i start arguing with my sister and getting nagged 2 tidy my room

omg turkish delight .... if u have read any of my recent posts ull realise i am goin thru hell at the moment too!

i am currently taking my gap year but have to face home every night. its so arkward as my parents arent geting along at all and it does get violent at times.

tonight at the diner table i was sitting in between them for ages until one left ... as as soon as i turn my back it gets quite nasty.

all i can say is be brave. i am in a situation where i am actually fearing our safety :frown:

. let someone know how you feel (childline?)

also, do NOT let it discourage u takin a gap year. i nearly abandoned my plans because of this ... and even tho i am suffering as a consequence, i do not regret my decision as i have some worthwhile plans ahead.
