Heya, I've got quite a few things to ask, so bare with me if I start to ramble a bit :redface:

....firstly, do people think its better to go with something that makes you happy, even though it may not be the best/cleverest thing to do?

The cleverest and best thing to do IS the thing that makes you happy! The only exception to that rule is when you're making yourself happy at the expense of other people, but I take it that's not the case. Being happy is the ultimate goal in life. Other goals such as good job, a nice boyfriend or money are just means to that ultimate goal. The things that make us happy are different for each person and you shouldn't do what other people expect you to do, because you are the only person who knows what makes you happy.

Lastly, whats best, knowing that you really like someone (maybe love) but ending it because you dont know where it could go, thus risking that it could have worked and it culd have been a vverrryy stupid decision??? or, do you keep it going because you really dont want to end something good?? but if it didnt work you could end up feeling more hurt as it lasted longer???

You can NEVER know where things go. You always need to take a chance when you're in a relationship. Of course the relationship might fail, but you can't live your life being afraid of getting hurt because that way you won't be able to truly live at all. Failure and pain are a part of life - if you want to avoid them at the same time you need to avoid all the things that actually make life worth living.

As corny as this sounds, just listen to your heart :smile:

Life is short, you should live for the moment and do whatever feels right for you at the time. Mistakes are there to be made and theyl only enable you to know better for next time. Jus do what you want, and think about the consequences later. :smile:
