That's 17.

Voting seems to be the biggest one you've missed off.

I'm 18 tomorrow too!

A disproportionate amount of people I know seem to have been born between the 7th and the 12th of February 1993. There was evidently something in the air the previous May
I'd rather say 31st Jan - 14th Feb (1993).
That's my experience, at least.
I myself was born on the 6th.

I've been 18 for a week and so far I've just done one thing I legally couldn't do before, buy a bottle of Bacardi. I wasn't asked for my ID anyway.
Here in Barcelona we like to believe it was the Olympic spirit, as 1992 Olympics happened here.
I don't know if this has got much to do with anything, but truth is, February ftw.

Drink, watch 18 films. Do pretty much anything that was restricted as a 'child'. Buy knives. Buy eggs on halloween.
What?

:awesome: That may well explain it in Barcelona...

I'm guessing it was an exceptionally warm spring. It will also have been the May Day bank holiday in the UK 9 months previously, which people tend to use to spend time with family and relatives. I understand birth spikes around the end of September (New Year's Eve 9 months previously) or mid-November (Valentine's Day 9 months previously) but February is just confusing

I realise this is really late, but I was 18 on the 8th February too! It's obviously a good day to be born :yep:

You can vote and then feel like an idiot when the party you voted for screws you over

You can also go to pubs and clubs and wave your ID at the bouncer in a kind of "do I LOOK 17 to you?" way.

You can enter more TV competitions e.g. the ones on Daybreak. First thing I did I think once I turned 18 which I couldn't do at 17.

High five! same here, except I'm a '91 baby.

To be honest, OP, when I turned 18 I found that nothing really changed much. :erm:
