A couple of Dream Theater songs in the past have brought a tear to my eye. When I first heard John Petrucci's extended solo on Hollow Years (Live at the Budokan), One Last Time, Lines in the Sand (solo), ... you get the idea don't you.

Other songs, I don't know, depends on the mood normally. High by The Lighthouse Family, I can't think of any of hand now but I'm sure there are a some out there.

    My Immortal by Evanescence

My friend did her GCSE in media, and for her coursework had to make a video. She did hers about a girl who was being bullied and in the end commited suicide and all through it, My Immortal is being played. Its such a good video, she won an award and had it shown in Oxford Street on a huge screen :proud: but it makes me cry...well maybe not cry, but very nearly!

Also, Chili Peppers, By The Way, for the same reason.

For me its Radiohead- True Love Waits all the way...and Fix You by Coldplay before it got overplayed and it stopped effecting me so much.

Oh and Colourblind by Counting Crows even though I don't like a lot of their stuff.
