    I don't know why I find it so hard to talk to people .... I've tried talking to myself ... to get to know myself better ... but my inner won't listen to my outter.

    I don't quite know why I've created this thread here ... I mean ... 'anti-social' - just sounds so 'non-human'. I don't even know if there is a hypen in the 'anti-social' bit.

    What's wrong with me?

    you should speck to someone else about it say a mate or someone you trust, if you speck more to people other then yourself as ive tried that thenyou will feel better,

    its not a case of anything being wrng with you maybe you just don;t trust people enough to open up to them and become the real you to them

    you may think im talking rubbish but hey!! if any of that makes sense
