Underwater basket weaving. The "Weaving with Great Whites" module in my third year was scary !

People wouldn't take a subject they didn't find exciting, so the most popular answer is going to be the most popular course or therabout.

I like to understand how things work, so Physics is exciting for me. I can also see how building things in courses like engineering would be exciting.
Medicine, Nursing, paramedic

Saving lives, especially A and E and ICU, adrenline spiking all the time
Circus Skills. You can then do a Masters in Tightrope Acrobatics or Lion Taming and some unis will offer a Doctorate in Ringmaster Technique.
