credit solutions

payments, i have a bill of £1,035.98 and i was wondering whether anyone has had trubles with credit solutions in the past for example,

not saying you paid some off when you have, my bro and mate said they will stitch me up and is best to pay the bill to the company i am in debt with, do you think the debt collecters do actully visit, ive told them a thousand times when i get paid my £90 and they said £40 a month is fine, but then they phone me the next day and ask why i haven't been in touch about a payment agreement,

this is really getting me down its not even my bill the phone happened to be in my name and now i have to pay it.

its stressed me out how people in my own family couls stitch me up and run up bills that high and not have the decensey to pay a penny considering im the one with no money, it makes me feel like they don;t want me round them, ive told them ill leave when i get enough money, do you think they are just saying it and trying to annoy me or do they really want me gone?
theres a place i can stay only im gettin fed up with everyone blaming me for things,

sorry its abit long winded and boring

I'm not sure I understand the last bit.

But, if the debt company are phoning you often and you don't want them to then write them a letter saying you will only deal with them by letter from now on. Send it recorded if possible, and keep a copy for your records. Keep a copy of everything you've sent them and anything they send you.

It does sound like you're considering moving out. However, you need to consider your finances. You won't be able to run away from the debt, so if your rent will be higher by moving out you need to consider if it's worth it or whether you'd rather put that towards paying off your debt.

Do you have anything in writing saying this other person should pay the bill?

go to the citizens advice bureau or get in touch with CCCS. CCCS will liaise with the cc companies etc, and help hammer out easy payment plans so you dont have to. they do good work

no but i have bills and stuff they are two different numbers one was mine and i never wnet over the contract but my bro was sending 200 text a day to one person!! hoe ridiculous i took them out on the agreement my brothers pull together to pay my bill whihc was £30,
but as you can guess as soon as i asked them the next day, no way i never said i would pay it you will have to pay for them yourself, i lent them £200 and they never gave it back, everyone hates me mostly and none wants to go out anymore well they do but don't ask me as they can;t be bothered i have been offered a room, but i think you are right, i can't run away from it, it will only get more serious and people will end up hating me for it!! well hating me more then they do now of course!!

Without any proof he should pay it you'll have problems. Could you try talking to your parents or another relative or friend to see if they can help? You could try taking them to court, and you can now submit a claim online but that will cost £30 and isn't guaranteed without proof.

if you definitely can't get the money from them, sucks. but definitely give CCCS a try, they are a charity whos goal is to get people out of debt. Negotiating payment breaks and no fees for late payments with companies etc etc. I know people who have used them, they do some good work
