Definitely S3, in my opinion.

It's basically an S2 paper, with like 2 more questions on new topics.

Hypothesis testing accounts for most of the paper, only now you have to find your own means and variances. You have to be aware of the student t-distribution, which is used when your sample size is small.

If you did well in S2, you'll probably do well in S3.

I think S3. If it's another S2 then it'll be easy, M3 I heard is hard, and my friends find maths and further maths as a breeze.
