I currently live and i was born in The Netherlands. (If you're confused by my username, i'm 50% Mexican, 25% Welsh and that other part is French Canadian.)

However, i'm used to not speaking English, but i can speak it fairly well. I'm afraid that once i'm in my new school that people start disliking me because i have absolutely NO idea how the British are because they might be ''different'' compared to the Dutch.

Does any one live in Essex and could tell me which school is better? CCHS or TTC?

Is there something i should know? Any tips? What should i do with chavs?

Thanks (:

The netherlands is so like Essex, from my experiences. CCHS is a million times better. You'll be absolutely fine, I love Essex, especially Chelmsford, Southend and Brentwood, we're so close to London but it feels so different. Chavs aren't a problem if you live here, that's just the stereotype and what everyone else thinks.
