hey I have a moot question and have no idea if I am dealing with it in the right way, if anyone knows what to do any help would be appreciated.

The question
whether, for the purpose of constructive manslaughter, the unlawful act relied on by the prosecution can ever be a summary offence?

I have started with explaining any civil, omissions or strict liability offences will not suffice.

then that all criminal offences will suffice as long as it seems dangerous under the church test but not sure where to go next

thanks
