Hi all!

I'm not sure if a post like this has already been made, or where this post is even meant to go, but here goes...

At the age of 16, i'm hoping to gain valuable experience and volunteer in organisations to help me enter and understand a career in medicine.
Then i've had this idea about running my own event in a local school, perhaps a "fitness week" for all the kids? I've been credited to teach small groups of 5-10 year olds PE with a sports leadership award, and so I thought if me and a couple of friends (also credited) could teach a class, and maybe run a circuit, during their PE lessons or before/after school?

I have permission to do so within the school, have at least 3 teachers on board and willing to help me out, but where from then on?

and my main question Will this look good on UCAS applications?

There seems to be a lack of volunteering opportunities around, so I thought of creating my own? Would this count for much?

Thanks in advance!
