Does anyone else find Paloma Faith incredibly annoying?

She's everywhere. She seems to be one these artists (like The Wanted and The Saturdays) who is being forced upon us, rather than anyone actually liking her. Plus why does she dress like a child who has been let loose on the dressing up box. She doesn't look fashionable, just silly.

I was surprised to see her performing at the Brits, since she's hardly set the charts alight - no wonder really, since I've listened to her album and I can safely say it's rubbish.

Paloma Faith? No thanks!

I was out for dinner once and the restaurant was playing her album on a loop. I listened to it five times and it was incredibly crap. Bad times :afraid:

Some of her music is actually quite good, but when she does appearances on things like Buzzcocks she comes across as trying so hard to be indie and kooky that it just ends up looking desperate.

I'm lucky that she doesn't croos my path frequently. I can see that she is a very overbearing character. Perhaps it is just her mousy features.

I hate her. I never liked her much to start with but I think it was seeing her on Buzzcocks that really made me dislike her. She tries so hard to be quirky. Grr.

YES. OH GOD YES. She's a complete nob. Her paper-thin, 'kooky' little-girl-lost schtick does my head in. It's completely false and pretentious, and serves no earthly purpose whatsoever.

Personally, I don't mind her, I don't really see/hear her on much and I quite like some of her music. She's better than the some of the other **** in the charts xD

I do think she's a bit try hard, but I prefer her to the pretty, girly clone-a-like celebs like the saturdays, the younger versions of the saturdays (I forget what they're called - little mix or whatever). I literally can't tell them apart.

She really frustrates me. She can actually sing alright, it's just when she starts to speak I'm like 'no. Shut up.' She really does try way to hard to be different when she doesn't need to be.

Yes incredibly. Saw an interview with her where she claimed she was a socialist but then saw her on Room 101 and she said she'll tell people to get off her set (basically sacks them) if they wear ugg boots. Not really the act of a 'socialist', I'm sure the workers Union would have something to say about that dismissal.

No, I do not find Paloma Faith 'annoying.' I find all of her haters annoying and absolutely pathetic. You're slating a talented & beautiful woman. You must be really bored to post such nonsense. I know that you're entitled to your own opinion but that doesn't mean that you can comment on somebody's ability. If anything, you should be ashamed that you created such a bizarre post. She has hundreds of thousands of fans and she's fantastic. Slating her off only makes you appear insecure, bored and fed up.
