Are these musical antiques a thing for the past?

I haven't used one for years!

When I sold my £150 Yamaha Cassete deck last year to put towards to my europe trip. I realised it was just sat their gathering dust. Basicaly since I have got CDR my cassete deck is useless. I hardly use my CDR anyway apart from for uni work.

I still have a half decent Sony walkman with a cassete player in it. Sounds like crap though.

I always use them. I still use a cassette walkman because I prefer them to discmans. I burn music onto disc and then tape it off. I hardly ever use he tape part of my main stereo system tho.

Cassete has died becuase modern technology has made it obsolete. However I am can glady I say I use this http://www.robertson-i.co.uk/turntable.jpg more than my CD player. And sales are booming.

The only reason I can find is my old H2G2 original radio tapes. But I'm recording them onto my MP3 player tomorow, so burn them all.

I sometimes bring them to the gym. Or the prefect room.
